Product Overview

DESIRE is a compact cue shaft maintenance system designed for cue makers and repair technicians.

The system allows cue shafts to be rotated smoothly, enabling controlled sanding, cleaning, and maintenance work.

Main Components

DESIRE Driver Unit
Drives the cue shaft rotation using a motor.

Shaft Rotation Clamp
Holds the cue shaft securely during operation.

Intermediate Roller
Supports shafts that have slight runout or vibration.

Base Frame
Connects the system and maintains alignment.

Vibration Control Rubber
Reduces vibration and protects the work surface.

Motor Specifications

Rotation Direction: Clockwise (Fixed)

The rotation speed is intentionally set to a moderate level to allow controlled maintenance work.

Mounting System

The shaft is mounted using a rubber clamp system.

The mounting rubber is a consumable part and should not be tightened excessively.
Too much pressure may damage the shaft surface.

A small amount of talc powder is applied to improve smooth mounting.

Shaft Support

An intermediate roller can be used when mounting shafts with slight runout.

For perfectly straight shafts such as carbon shafts, the roller may not be necessary.
Using the roller when not required may leave marks on the shaft.

Important Notes

Do not clamp the shaft excessively.

The shaft should be secured lightly, just enough to prevent movement.

Excessive clamping force may leave permanent marks on the shaft.
